Generally, there are two types of baths. Some are rather functional, then there are baths designed to build experience and remedy the body. These bath bombs are designed for the latter. Drop one into your tub, let it burbles and fizz, releasing beautiful aromatherapy blends and the best ingredients helpful to your skin.
Bath bombs add emollients and softeners to your bath's water, moisturizing and indulging the body. No matter your skin type, the beneficial and all natural ingredients in these bombs leave it soft, supple, and silky. Yes, it'll cleanse your skin, as they are a combination of sodium bicarbonate and citric acid, but they also deliver vital enzymes, deodorize, strengthen blood vessels, and repair skin. Perfect for after a long busy day or an intense workout, a bath bomb can help alleviate the aching muscles and bones

Sugar Scrub
Sugar scrubs exfoliate, brighten, and promote healthy, smooth skin. As a natural source of glycolic acid (an AHA), sugar breaks down layers of dead skin and smooths the skin's surface. It also speeds up rehydration, keeping skin conditioned and moisturized. Herbal additions are intentionally blended to compliment the sugary benefits further encouraging skin wellness.
The sugar scrubs used in session will reflect what we have in stock at BlackSage Botanicals.
Bath Tea
Our Bath Tea is comprised of epsom salt, aromatherapy, and botanicals blended and placed into a reusable muslin tea bag. The bag helps keep everything together so post bath cleaning is easy. If you would rather float with the herbs surrounding you, please dump the contents of the muslin bag into the warm bath waters.
Each botanical and aromatherapy scent is chosen to enhance relaxation of the mind and body. Some of the herbs included carry a specific function, such as an analgesic proponent, while others are included for their energetical properties. The rotating intentional recipes can be found on our Blog as they become available.
Epsom salt is a compound of magnesium and sulfate and has been shown to help relax muscles, relieve pain, and relieve stress. Some researchers claim that taking magnesium reduces inflammation and increases serotonin.
No one with an open wound or a severe burn should use epsom. salt. If you have an open wound, we suggest consulting your doctor before use.
Lotion Bars, a 'chapstick for your hands,' are a solid concentration of quick- absorbing oils and butters, protecting your skin. The plexure of therapeutic oils, organic beeswax, and nourishing butters seal in moisture instead of letting it escape through trans-dermal water loss (TWL), making them perfect for combating Colorado’s arid climate. The herbally infused oils and aromatherapy are blended with intention to add to the adornment of functional moisturizer.
Packaged in a small, reusable tin, these lotion bars will travel with you as long as they last.

Bath Melts
Mindfully crafted with the cosmetic grade moisturizing oils, body-conscious herbs, therapeutic scents, and nourishing plant butters, these tablets subtly release when placed into a hot bath. This slower approach, compared to the traditional bath bomb, is methodical in providing a fragrant, healing, and skin-softening plexure. The ingredients will partially mix with the water, but will mainly sit on top, nourishing the skin thoroughly without any need to apply lotion after.
Burn Bundles
Burn bundles are ethically sourced herbs bound together and dried, ready for you to safely burn. Whether being used for metaphysical intentions or simply as an appealing incense, each herb is cut and bound purposefully. Each plant carries a specific intention and blends with others to give off gratifying aromatic smokes.
