Sugar Scrub
Sugar scrubs exfoliate, brighten, and support healthy, smooth skin. Sugar gently buffs away dead skin while acting as a natural humectant, helping attract and retain moisture at the skin's surface. Sugarcane is also a natural source of glycolic acid, an alpha hydroxy acid (AHA) known for supporting exfoliation and smoother-looking skin.
Thoughtfully selected herbs and botanical oils are blended into each scrub to complement these benefits, further supporting nourished, conditioned skin and the health of the skin barrier.
The sugar scrubs used during BlackSage Bodyworks sessions will vary seasonally and reflect the current offerings available through BlackSage Botanica.
Bath Bomb
Generally, there are two types of baths. Some are rather functional, then there are baths designed to build experience and remedy the body. These bath bombs are designed for the latter. Drop one into your tub, let it burbles and fizz, releasing beautiful aromatherapy blends and the best ingredients helpful to your skin.
Bath bombs add emollients and softeners to your bath's water, moisturizing and indulging the body. No matter your skin type, the beneficial and all natural ingredients in these bombs leave it soft, supple, and silky. Yes, it'll cleanse your skin, as they are a combination of sodium bicarbonate and citric acid, but they also deliver vital enzymes, deodorize, strengthen blood vessels, and repair skin. Perfect for after a long busy day or an intense workout, a bath bomb can help alleviate the aching muscles and bones

Bath Tea
Bath Tea combines Epsom salt, aromatics, and thoughtfully selected botanicals to create an immersive botanical soak. Each blend is intentionally formulated around a particular purpose, with plants selected for their traditional uses, physical properties, energetics, aroma, and the ways they complement one another.
The reusable muslin bag allows the botanicals to steep directly in warm bathwater while keeping the herbs contained for easier cleanup. Prefer to float among the plants? Simply empty the Bath Tea directly into the water. For a stronger botanical tea, either preparation can be simmered on the stovetop using a decoction method before adding the finished tea to your bath.

Body oils
Body Oils are concentrated, waterless blends of botanical oils thoughtfully formulated to soften, condition, and nourish the skin. Each formulation combines plant oils selected for their unique properties, skin feel, absorption, and affinity for the skin barrier—helping replenish lipids and support soft, conditioned skin.
Herbal infusions, aromatics, and other botanical additions are intentionally incorporated into each blend, creating a plexure of functional skincare and sensory experience. Use whenever your skin is asking for a little extra nourishment, as an everyday body moisturizer, massage oil, after bathing, or incorporated into your own body-care ritual.

Lotion Bars—think “chapstick for your skin”—are a concentrated, waterless blend of oils, butters, and beeswax designed to soften, condition, and protect dry skin. The plexure of botanical oils, nourishing butters, and organic beeswax creates an emollient and occlusive layer that helps slow transepidermal water loss (TEWL), sealing in moisture that would otherwise escape from the skin. They’re particularly lovely in Colorado’s dry, arid climate.
Herbally infused oils and aromatics are thoughtfully incorporated into each formulation, bringing the botanical properties and sensory experience of the blend into an incredibly functional little moisturizer. Glide over hands, feet, elbows, knees, cuticles, or anywhere that could use a little extra moisture and protection.

Bath Melts
Mindfully crafted with moisturizing botanical oils, body-conscious herbs, aromatic blends, and nourishing plant butters, Bath Melts slowly soften and release into warm bathwater, creating a rich layer of conditioning oils and butters across the surface of the bath.
Unlike a traditional bath bomb designed to fizz and dissolve quickly, Bath Melts take their time. As you soak, the oils and butters coat and condition the skin, leaving it exceptionally soft and moisturized as you step out of the water. It is almost like applying lotion without the extra step.
Each botanical plexure is thoughtfully formulated to bring together skin-loving ingredients, aromatics, and the deeply indulgent experience of soaking in a bath that doubles as body care.
Burn Bundles
Burn Bundles are thoughtfully sourced herbs, bound by hand and dried for use as aromatic smoke. Whether incorporated into ritual and metaphysical practices or simply enjoyed as botanical incense, each plant is selected for its traditional associations, energetic properties, and aroma. Bundles may feature a single botanical or an intentional blend of complementary plants.
Sourcing matters deeply to us. All herbs used in our Burn Bundles are sourced from cultivated, regenerative, or otherwise sustainable resources—including our sage. We do not rely on the unsustainable harvesting of wild plant populations to create these products.
Each bundle is cut and bound with intention, honoring both the plants themselves and the practices in which they may be used.
Please burn responsibly. Dried plant material can spark, drop embers, and continue smoldering after the visible flame has gone out. Always burn over a heat-safe, fire-resistant vessel, keep away from flammable materials, children, and pets, and never leave a burning or smoldering bundle unattended. Fully extinguish after use.
