As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Sara is dedicated to facilitating the body's natural healing processes with skill and artistry. Her approach is detailed, adaptive, and deeply intuitive—focusing on areas that are often overlooked to restore balance and optimal function. She thrives on thinking outside the box, continuously developing, customizing, and refining treatments to meet the evolving needs of each client.
Since graduating from the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in 2012, Sara has specialized in deep tissue massage, gaining extensive experience working with the unique musculoskeletal challenges faced by circus artists. As an athlete who has navigated her own injuries, she has deepened her understanding of kinesiology and therapeutic techniques. This expertise has led her to work with elite athletes in the NFL and NHL, top musicians—including members of Phish, Leftover Salmon, and professional orchestra members—music executives of the like, Cirque du Soleil performers, and the University of Minnesota Athletics Department.
Sara is trained in a variety of advanced modalities, including integrative techniques, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial techniques, intraoral therapy, aromatherapy, Thai massage, hot and cold stone therapy, cupping, and prenatal massage. She has also completed the Berkana graduate program in Mindful Expressionism®, a trauma-informed approach that promotes deep, focused work on specific areas of the body to achieve lasting structural normalization. This method emphasizes nervous system alignment and mindful, intentional touch. To learn more about this approach, visit:

Amelia has been a practicing massage therapist for nine years, blending a love of body science with a holistic approach to wellness. She graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in General Health and a minor in Sociology, later earning her Master’s Certificate in Health, Humanities, and Ethics from the University of Colorado Anschutz. She completed her massage training at the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in 2016 and has been dedicated to the art of bodywork ever since.
Amelia’s favorite modalities include deep tissue, relaxation massage, and neuromuscular therapy. With a fluid style, she combines technical skill and intuition to release tension, address areas of discomfort, and create space for both physical healing and mental restoration. Open communication is central to her practice, ensuring that each session is tailored to the unique needs of every client. CBD products and aromatherapy are often woven into her treatments, enhancing relaxation and deepening the body’s ability to recharge.
Beyond her massage practice, Amelia is also engaged in community work through SAME Café (So All May Eat), a nonprofit operating on a participation model where guests exchange volunteer time, donations, or produce for a healthy, locally sourced meal. SAME’s unique approach not only provides nourishing food, but also fosters connection, dignity, and opportunity within the community. Amelia’s involvement reflects her belief in holistic care—supporting well-being through both individual healing and collective nourishment.
Passionate about working with health-minded clients, Amelia views massage therapy as both a therapeutic tool and an art form—a space where body, mind, and spirit can come back into balance.
