As a Board Certified LMT, Sara’s mission is to artfully facilitate the natural healing forces within.
Sara's style is detailed and adaptive. She dives deep into areas that are often overlooked; bringing radical normalization to the body. She enjoys working outside the box by developing, customizing, and adjusting treatments to the ever-changing needs of each individual client. Since graduating from Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in 2012, Sara found her niche in deep tissue massage after working extensively with the unique musculoskeletal maladjustments faced by the circus arts community. As an athlete that has sustained injuries, she has refined her knowledge of kinesiology as well as the associated therapeutic techniques.
Sara is trained in a variety of modalities such as Swedish, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myo-facial techniques, inter-oral therapy, aromatherapy, Thai massage, hot and cold stone therapy, cupping, and pre-natal. She is pursuing the full 250- hour advanced Mindful Expressionism® Certification and currently is a practitioner of four out of the five levels. To learn more about this program:

Massage therapy provided Sara with an opportunity to combine her fascination of anatomy with her natural artistic ability. Ideal clients are those who want to receive professional and artistic therapeutic touch from someone who is deliberate in their work.
Monica brings a wealth of experience and a passion for holistic wellness that aligns perfectly with our style and overall commitment to the art of bodywork.
Monica is a newly licensed and certified massage therapist with a wealth of experience in the kinesiology field. In 2013, she obtained her MFA in Theatre Performance where her study emphasized somatic movement, experiential anatomy, and movement practices. From there, Monica went on to plan, develop, and evaluate health education programs where she instructed medical school, nursing, and physical therapy students on physical exam skills, with hands on practice and experiential anatomy at Colorado University. We are excited to foster her growth into applying her blend of anatomical science and artistic flair to her hands-on healing sessions.
Known for her holistic approach to massage therapy, Monica embraces the art of feeling good, where every session is an invitation to wellness, vitality, and balance. Monica believes in building strong relationships with her clients, fostering an open and communicative environment where she takes the time to understand the concerns and goals, ensuring that each session is not only effective but also enjoyable.
With her LMT education from Denver Integrated Massage School, Monica’s tailored approach extends to various Eastern, Western and Ancient massage modalities including Trigger Points, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Thai Yoga massage, and Swedish massage. Monica's hands tell a story—a story of fluidity and grace that transcends the physical. Beyond her artistic sensibilities lies a wealth of knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and wellness. Amelia Warriner, originally from Port St. Joe, Florida, is passionate about body science. After graduating from the University of Alabama in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in General Health, minoring in sociology, she has recently received her Masters Certificate in health, humanities and ethics from University of Colorado at Anschutz. Adding to her academic studies, she further pursued a certificate in the art of bodywork through the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy, which she completed in 2016 and has been practicing as a licensed massage therapist ever since.
With a fluid style, Amelia has honed her talents of incorporating deep tissue into relaxing sessions. She works to establish an open rapport with all clients, to encourage communication throughout her treatments, tailoring each massage to the client. When focusing on a requested area of discomfort, Amelia is able to effectively combine a mixture of deep tissue techniques such as trigger point and neuromuscular therapy to target areas of concern, working with the nervous system to remind the body that it is okay to relax and recharge. CBD products and aromatherapy are a staple in her practice, to enhance the massage experience. Amelia enjoys working with clients who are health minded and passionate about the art of massage therapy.
