As a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), Sara is dedicated to facilitating the body's natural healing processes with skill and artistry. Her approach is detailed, adaptive, and deeply intuitive—focusing on areas that are often overlooked to restore balance and optimal function. She thrives on thinking outside the box, continuously developing, customizing, and refining treatments to meet the evolving needs of each client.
Since graduating from the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in 2012, Sara has specialized in deep tissue massage, gaining extensive experience working with the unique musculoskeletal challenges faced by circus artists. As an athlete who has navigated her own injuries, she has deepened her understanding of kinesiology and therapeutic techniques. This expertise has led her to work with elite athletes in the NFL and NHL, top musicians—including members of Phish, Leftover Salmon, and professional orchestra members—music executives of the like, Cirque du Soleil performers, and the University of Minnesota Athletics Department.
Sara is trained in a variety of advanced modalities, including integrative techniques, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial techniques, intraoral therapy, aromatherapy, Thai massage, hot and cold stone therapy, cupping, and prenatal massage. She has also completed the Berkana graduate program in Mindful Expressionism®, a trauma-informed approach that promotes deep, focused work on specific areas of the body to achieve lasting structural normalization. This method emphasizes nervous system alignment and mindful, intentional touch. To learn more about this approach, visit:

"I find your problems and stick my thumb in it."
Amelia Warriner, originally from Port St. Joe, Florida, is passionate about body science. After graduating from the University of Alabama in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in General Health, minoring in sociology, she has recently received her Masters Certificate in health, humanities and ethics from University of Colorado at Anschutz. Adding to her academic studies, she further pursued a certificate in the art of bodywork through the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy, which she completed in 2016 and has been practicing as a licensed massage therapist ever since.
With a fluid style, Amelia has honed her talents of incorporating deep tissue into relaxing sessions. She works to establish an open rapport with all clients, to encourage communication throughout her treatments, tailoring each massage to the client. When focusing on a requested area of discomfort, Amelia is able to effectively combine a mixture of deep tissue techniques such as trigger point and neuromuscular therapy to target areas of concern, working with the nervous system to remind the body that it is okay to relax and recharge. CBD products and aromatherapy are a staple in her practice, to enhance the massage experience. Amelia enjoys working with clients who are health minded and passionate about the art of massage therapy.
